Ah, so we're creating a medical/biology themed adventure! Let's begin in the Heart City, a massive pumping metropolis. Around you are towering red walls representing the heart's chambers, with streams of red-robed citizens (representing blood cells) moving through the streets.

From Heart City, there are two main pathways:

1. The Arterial Highway (red route) - carries oxygen-rich blood to body tissues
2. The Venous Return (blue route) - brings deoxygenated blood back

You're in Heart City's main chamber - the Left Ventricle District. You see powerful muscle walls contracting rhythmically. Four valve-gates control traffic: two exits (Aortic and Pulmonary) and two entrances (Mitral and Tricuspid). Which interests you?
