Welcome to Mars! You find yourself in the bustling spaceport of Nova Ares, the capital city of human Mars colonization. Through the transparent dome above, the rust-colored Martian sky stretches endlessly. Where would you like to go?
2 | to the spaceport
You're at Nova Ares Spaceport, a massive facility 5km from the city center. Several Starships stand tall on their landing pads. Inside, travelers bustle between terminals while technicians prepare for upcoming launches. Would you like to explore the terminal or head to the launch pads?
3 | explore the terminal
Inside the terminal, you see various information displays showing departure times to other Martian cities. A group of miners headed to Olympus Base wait near Gate 3. The Mars Transport Authority desk is staffed, and there's a busy café serving synthetic coffee. Where to?
4 | Olympus
“Next flight to Olympus Base departs in 30 minutes,” announces the display. A ticket costs 500 Mars Credits. The rocket plane will take 2 hours, flying over the vast Tharsis region. Would you like to purchase a ticket or explore other options?
5 | of course
The clerk processes your ticket. “Gate 3, boarding in 15 minutes. Enjoy your flight to Olympus Base.” Through the terminal windows, you can see your rocket plane being prepared. Would you like to board now or grab something from the café first?
6 | sure mars cafe
At Mars Café, the menu features hydroponic-grown coffee and synthesized pastries. The popular “Red Planet Roast” costs 15 Credits. Through curved windows, you can watch ships taking off. The barista, wearing a “Mars' Best Coffee” apron, awaits your order.
7 | coffee please
“One Red Planet Roast coming up!” The barista prepares your coffee using beans grown in Nova Ares' agricultural dome. The rich aroma fills the air. A boarding announcement echoes: “Flight 238 to Olympus Base now boarding at Gate 3.”
8 | running to board
You rush to Gate 3 with your coffee, making it just in time. The sleek rocket plane awaits through the passenger tunnel. Through the windows, you can see its swept-back wings and aerodynamic design. The flight attendant checks your ticket. Ready to board?
9 | Yes
You settle into your comfortable seat. Large windows offer spectacular views of Nova Ares' domes below. The captain announces: “Welcome aboard. We'll be cruising at Mach 4, passing over Tharsis. Olympus Mons will be visible on the right. Takeoff in 5 minutes.”
