Fey Woods

Welcome to the Coastal Realms! You find yourself in a small Village, where the morning sun casts long shadows across the dirt paths between modest wooden buildings. Villagers are beginning their daily routines. Where would you like to go?

You enter the ancient Forest. Massive trees tower above, their branches creating a dense canopy. Shafts of sunlight pierce through, illuminating patches of mist. You hear distant whispers and mysterious rustling - signs of the fey creatures that dwell here.

As you search, you spot a group of small, glowing lights dancing between the trees - will-o'-wisps perhaps. Through the undergrowth, you glimpse what appears to be a deer with iridescent fur. A melodic, otherworldly humming drifts through the air.

The humming grows clearer - it's coming from behind a large, moss-covered oak tree. You can make out multiple voices singing in an ancient elven dialect. The will-o'-wisps seem to pulse in rhythm with the melody.

While searching, you hear a melodic laugh. Through the trees, you glimpse a graceful elven maiden with silver hair gathering herbs. She seems focused on her task, unaware of your presence. She wears druidic robes adorned with forest symbols.

The elven maiden looks up, startled but not frightened. Her silver eyes study you with curiosity. “I am Lyriael,” she says in a musical voice. “It's rare to see travelers venture this deep into the fey woods. What brings you here?”
